I’m an Application Engineer with a Fortune 100 company in Nashville, Tennessee. I graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Information Systems. My specialty for the last several years has been getting large projects technically stabilized. I’m a “fixer” that gets called in when software implementations go awry, working with the software vendor and the super users to get things where they need to be. I’ve worked with customer check-in kiosks, accounting reconciliation software, telecommunications solutions, and remote workforce installations. I’m a big fan of automation and scripting and I’m not shy about learning new skills to fix problems.
